How should I pay for my purchase?

Rooms Furniture offers a range of payment alternatives-cash, Debit, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express, as well as a number of financing plans. Otherwise, payment in full before delivery is generally the easiest and most convenient payment method. We do accept partial final balance payment upon delivery, but require cash for this option.

WARRANTY

Some Manufactures (not all) offer limited extended warranties on all or certain products. Manufacturer warranty if any is limited to a period ranging from 90 days to 12 months on Furniture items and up to 10 years on some Mattresses, depending upon the manufacturer. This warranty covers only manufacture defects, material and workmanship. Claims under these warranties are to be made with the manufacturer. We will assist you in passing your claim to manufacture warranty department and will help in any resolution the manufacture may offer.

The customer, however, is responsible for the transportation of the defected furniture regardless of if it was delivered to them or picked up. Rooms Furniture guarantees that all merchandise purchased will be in Good and Satisfactory condition at the time of delivery or pickup. There is no other warranty offered by Rooms furniture.

If merchandise at the time of delivery needs minor correction, cosmetic touch up or adjustment then we will do our best to do it at the delivery site and if not we will redeliver merchandise after it has been corrected at our store. Although we make sure all merchandise is in good condition at the time of pickup or delivery, it is customer full responsibility to do the final inspection of purchased merchandise at the time of pickup or delivery. All floor models and liquidation closeouts are sold AS IS

SALES POLICY

• In order to offer the everyday guaranteed low prices to our customers we ask our customers to make sure to purchase what they really want because we are not able to return or exchange items to manufacturers and distributors. For that reason ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There is no refund, no exchange or cancellation. (To accommodate the BEST DEALS offered)

• For customer protection verifying customer Valid ID will help to validate any online purchase at the time of pickup or delivery.

Rooms Furniture does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of prices, items, descriptions, colors, graphics, links or other items on this site. All items are subject to Price change and availability at any time.

Monthly payments are required
Price hold guarantee
We cannot guarantee availability / items can be discontinued at any time.
No payment activity for a period of 90 days will result in a cancellation and voiding of the lay-a-way sale.
Customer forfeits all payments on expired and voided layaway for liquidation and storage damages.
